About Me
I am a graduate student
currently pursuing my Ph. D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I
am also a research assistant at the Coordinated
Science Laboratory and my advisors are Prof. Venugopal Veeravalli and Prof. Sean Meyn. I obtained my Bachelors degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras
in July 2005 and Masters degree from Illinois in October 2007.
My research interests are
primarily in the areas of detection and estimation and communication systems. I
have worked on problems in cognitive radio networks, sensor networks, universal
hypothesis testing, and quickest change detection.
